Welcome to the Blair Creators Festival! Our mission is to energize Blair County with Arts, Food, and Music, and create an opportunity for community members to showcase their talents and handmade crafts. 

Our Team.

The Blair Creators Festival team consists of Sheetz Fellow students at Penn State Altoona who function as a team with an ArtsAltoona represenative to create the event. Our team has delegated sections such as Director, Music, Vendors, Logistics, Culinary, and Marketing.
