The Blair Creators Festival is more than just an event, it's a movement to energize Blair County through arts, food, and music. The festival helps support several ArtsAltoona programs that are offered free to the community, providing creative opportunities that might not otherwise be accessible.

“We are able to provide art classes, our after-school arts program, and the summer arts program—which we plan to bring back this year—for youth who might not otherwise be able to afford classes elsewhere in the community,” says ArtsAltoona president Donna Gority.
