11th Ave in Downtown Altoona was painted by 70 Art Vendors, 8 Food Trucks, and 8 live bands. Through the work of the Sheetz Fellow students at Penn State Altoona and Arts Altoona, over $10,000 was donated to Arts Altoona for our community
